Cosori — Juni

The budget automatic pour-over: a touch panel, three pour patterns over a rotating basket, and a full 1.5L thermal carafe. Bring your own grinder.

What it is

Cosori’s first automatic pour-over, released in summer 2026 after a Kickstarter. A retractable nozzle traces one of three pour patterns while the basket rotates underneath it, over a V60-style cone. It’s on the SCA’s 2026 list of certified home brewers.

  • Grinder: none. You’ll need your own, which matters if you’re comparing it to the machines that grind for you.
  • Capacity: up to 1.5L in a thermal carafe, so it can brew a full pot, unlike the single-cup machines
  • Controls: a touch panel on the machine, plus the VeSync app. There are one-touch presets and a feature that suggests a recipe when you scan a bag of beans.
  • Temperature: 176–205°F
  • Warranty: 2 years

In One Of These Coffee Robots Just Beat Keurig, Daddy Got Coffee tests it alongside the xBloom Studio and Breville Spiral Luxe. It’s the only one of the three without a grinder, and the cheapest by about $300.

Worth knowing

Written reviews like the value and consistency, but they point out that it’s almost all plastic, with a lot of moving parts. On the Home-Barista forum, some owners question whether the water gets hot enough. Cosori says the finished cup meets SCA temperature guidelines. It’s a first-generation machine, so there’s no track record yet.
