OXO — Brew 9-Cup Coffee Maker

What it is

OXO’s “Barista Brain” brewer is sold as an automatic pour-over, but it’s really a very good drip machine. A “rainmaker” shower head wets the grounds, it runs a bloom cycle first, and it holds the water at 197.6–204.8°F. Everything is set with one dial.
